With the current delays of vehicles build start times are always changing. We are currently taking on full builds starting End of 2024/Early 2025. We always leave openings for partial builds and day installs.

There are thousands of variables that can effect the cost of a van conversion, whether its residential or a commercial build. Our average build cost can range from $75,000CAD to $220,000CAD. Exterior & Interior accessories play a big role in this.

On average our conversions take anywhere from 2-4 months depending on complexity of the build. Lead times on parts & raw materials also play a big role.

We are happy to do a conversion on a majority of vehicles. We will let you know our professional opinion and the pros and cons of each vehicle. The top three vehicles we do conversion on would be Mercedes Sprinters, Ford Transits and Dodge Promasters.

Unfortunately at Vancini Conversions we do not provide the vehicles to the clients. We can however provide you with guidance on what vehicle might be best suited for you. We can then send you to one of many dealerships we locally work with for new/used vehicles.

We accept e-transfer, certified cheques, wire transfers and even credit cards (depending on the job).

Yes we do. We are proud to partner with our Local Mercedes Benz Van Centre dealership to provide financing to our clients. When purchasing your van from Mercedes they can add our build cost to the purchasing of the van and get the whole package financed through Mercedes Benz Financial. Please note this is only possible if purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes Benz.

YES! We have worked hard over the years to provide full coverage insurance for our clients. We provide proper documentation to have your vehicle switched over to RV Status at a local Service Ontario. We can then provide insurance on your total vehicle cost (vehicle + cost of conversion) working with our insurance agent. On average our clients only pay $500 - $900 a year. Please note we can only provide this service to vehicles fully converted by us.

We take this very seriously at Vancini Conversions. We are fully insured as a van conversion facility. This means all of our work from cabinetry, plumbing and most importantly electrical is insured and covered from hazards while you’re traveling the open roads in your home on wheels. This also applies while it’s in our hands at our facility.

We are more than happy to help with partial conversions. From full electrical installations, custom cabinetry, window installs or even some professional advice. All of these services are provided at an hourly rate in house.

We can happily obtain a majority of van conversion products & accessories you are looking for. We know it can be tricky for us Canadians to get some products, especially form the states.
